ONLINE ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE:






Step 2- You will receive an email of the school fees.



Step 3- You can settle the school fees through:



a. Depositing it to our bank

(Bank details will be included in the email)


b. Via Paymaya

Step 4: Send us the proof of payment. Email us a copy of the deposit slip / confirmation page or Paymaya receipt.



Step 5: ODCLS will send a confirmation email upon receipt of the payment. Together with the Learner’s Online Enrollment Form. Please make sure that you fill up the form completely and correctly.




Step 6: After accomplishing the form this message should be displayed to ensure that the form has been submitted.



Additional reminders:

Please make sure that you finish enrolling your child on or before August 2024 especially for the incoming Kindergarten Students. We need to submit the list of students to the Department of Education (DepEd) . This is for the Learners Reference Number.

BIRTH CERTIFICATE (Photocopy)

MEDICAL CERTIFICATE

2X2 PICTURE OF THE STUDENT (2pcs.)

1X1 PICTURE OF THE FETCHER (for Fetcher's ID-2 pcs.)


NOTE: Due to the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) that is still implemented because of the COVID-19, we are temporarily suspending school visits. However you can still call or email us for any inquiries.
